The Alerts started their day by attending mass at St. Stanislaus Koska Church at 8 AM. then they were served breakfast at the Adams Elks Lodge. The memorial service was at 11 am at the Memorial Shaft in Bellevue Cemetery.The Alerts were led in and out by a member of the Berkshire Highlander Pipe Band. Guest speaker was retired Chief George Sweet from Cheshire
